EverTick Privacy Policy Effective Date: 19 March 2026 This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Geneura, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal data when you use our iOS app, EverTick, and associated backend services (including Firebase and Cloud Functions). Friend and Social Data: friend lists; block lists; report information (target, reason, and details). Location Information: current location (only when you grant permission during album creation); stored as place names or addresses associated with albums. Data Retention and Deletion We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy: - When you delete your account, we delete your albums, photos, and related data. - When all Members leave an Album, the photos, comments, and other data in that Album are deleted. - Device tokens are deleted when they are no longer needed or are replaced. - Report data is deleted after a reasonable period following resolution. 8. Your Privacy Rights Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. 10. Device Permissions We may request access to certain device functions: - Photo Library: To add and save photos to albums. - Camera: To scan QR codes for adding friends. - Location (While Using): To input location information for albums. - Notifications: To receive push notifications.
